Please check your Internet connection

Hi I used black rain (RC3) and it worked perfectly, I wanted to install Cydia but get " please check your internet connection" message. The WIFI is working perfectly, I can for instance access google or update the weather, but when I tap the blackrain Icon I get the message above. Its a 2g phone 3.12? Any ideas? Is there any other way to get Cydia other than via the Black rain icon?

Don't worry Battle that person is just adding that same post, this is his second one. Probably building up to show of the advertisment in the sig.

Try resetting settings or as battle suggested try a different wifi.

About the ad mentioned above yr wrong, I really just want to jailbreak this phone. I have tried different wifi connections, resetting the phone back to original settings, downloading blackra1n again, a different computer still had no joy. I am now going to try anotherunlocked phone to see if I can get it to work. Please keep any advice comming. Thanks.

I have iPhone 3gs with 3.1.2 firmware and I have Install blackra1n on it but when I run it, tells me (Please check your internet connection) The internet connection is on and all other programs are working fine such as weather and youtube app store all applications
