pc to mac
I have a 3gs unlocked with blackrain/blacksnow. Version 3.12 and 5.11.07. I unlocked with windows.
I just purchased a mac and am wondering what will happen when i connect my iphone to the mac?
Will it restore it?
Thanks

If you use the same login for both iTunes accounts and the phone it should be fine.

From the things I read it will have to erase sync'd items (songs, contact, videos, etc.) and resync, not a OS restore. Here is a thread about this exact thing. They seem to have some good ideas. [ame=http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=429475]how to move iphone sync from pc to mac - Mac Forums[/ame] Hope it helps you.
Also remember to click transfer purchases under your iPhone in iTunes. In Itunes you set the preferences for which things to sync. When I checked contacts and calendar it recognized it had never synced and asked if I wanted to erase or merge the contents. Choosing merger worked find and all the data from the iPhone ended up in iCal and AddressBook.Last edited by Cer0; 01-06-2010 at 08:51 PM.
