wifi problems and bluetooth

i dont have an option to access the wifi or bluetooh options what can i do to make them work thanks

settings-general-reset-reset network settings

if that doesn't work, try restarting the phone a once or twice, and if still nothing try doing the network reset again...

(I'm assuming your using blackra1n/blacksn0w... if your not jailbroken, and this is happening do a restore, if that doesn't fix the problem, its hardware related)
