How are you suppose to unlock your phone if you can't even get an internet connection

I upgraded to 3.1.2 (5.11.07) last night. I have since jailbroken the phone and I had the Cydia app on my Springboard, but how can I unlock the phone when I can't get a wifi signal or any internet connection?

I have tried the whole restore network settings, toggling with the airport, wifi and all that, but no luck. In fact, my phone will not even go into airport mode. Every time I press on, it acts like it will turn on, then doesn't. It just goes back to off.

Am I pretty much screwed here? Or is there a solution? If so, I would be more than happy to donate some money to someone that would give me some of their time/help with this. Thanks so much!!
