3gs unlock trouble

i guess i need someones att sim card to get wifi on my phone to unlock with blackrain then blacksnow right?

is there no other way to do this for tmobile, cause when i put my tmobile sim in, it has no signal, no wifi.

this is what i was told.

can someone help me out?

i'm bout ready to sell it.

seems like its so much harder to unlock the 3gs for tmobile.

is there anyone out there who dont have any problems and is running tmobile with a 3gs?

well, first off, you can run blackra1n to get it past the "connect to itunes to activate" screen.

Once past that, there will be the "blackra1n" icon. If you're not able to activate wifi, then there may be a hardware issue.

MMake sure WiFi is enabled in Settings->WiFi

make sure your wifi hotspot is on and enabled. (duh, i know, but it's the simple things that often cause the most problems)

if it still can't find wifi, then you may have a hardware issue.

Check for dings, bumps, scratches, cracks.
