Have you tried rebooting your computer? Or even using a different computer?
It that doesn't work, did you install a app or something on your phone before the last reboot of your iPhone that could of curupt something on it? If so, you might need to restore your phone to its native firmware, and then run BlackRa1n on it.

Yeah, happened to me after I went to reset network settings. Since then, it;s been looping. I restored to factory and used my last backup before I jailbroke and unlock it. I think I'm just gonna jailbreak and not unlock. My phone is a week 42 production.

Just a suggestion, if your jailbreak doesnt work after rebooting.
Hey,
I was having the same problem. The first time it happened, I was traveling and needed the phone. So just did a full restore and started from scratch.
This time when i rebooted, it again wouldnt jailbreak. I tried everything possible, read through as many blogs, but nothing worked.
Just before I gave up I tried one last thing that has no particular logic. But it worked. I ran blackra1n, the moment the creators face came on the iphone I pressed home and power to restart. This rebooted the phone in the middle of the jailbreak process. (I guess).. But the next time I ran blackra1n, it worked and it is still working fine.
I am not a programmer to know the logistics, but I know it worked for me. Best of luck.

I've just had the same problem, I tried what the last user said (manual restart soon as you see geohot's pic) but I was un-successful :-(.
Really I was just wondering if anyone had any new idea's or thoughts on the matter, the net seems a bit dry about this particular problem imo.
Any help would be appreciated as I really dont want to restore my phone :-s
