3g used blackra1n, phone good, apps not

I have 3G phone, gotten new with 3.1. We jailbroke the phone and used it as an iPod while we waited for the unlock to come out, (since for some reason wifi wasn't working)and we used it to play games and use all the apps that had been previously downloaded. When the unlock came out, we restored and upgraded to 3.1.2 and used blackra1n to unlock. Wifi started working fine, as well as YouTube and everything else that others are having problems with BUT now none of the apps work. Every single thing that was downloaded closes as soon as you open it. We did all the updates in the App store but nothing helped. New apps that are downloaded also don't work.
Any ideas?
