Have you tried a network reset?
And restarting the phone a few times?

Had the same thing happen to a friend with his blackrain'd 3gs, after 3 restarts the bluetooth worked again... Might not be the same case for you, but might as well try
The only thing I ask in return for helping, is that you click the thanks button, Thanks!

Push Fix fucks with your KeyChain file..

It stores most if not all passwords, I'm not sure if it stores Bluetooth pairing info tho..

nope, the ibluetooth does not lwork, it gives an error that says unable to start the stack, please try reseting the application, if the problem persist, reboot the device, and I try with 1 iphone, 2 ipods and macbook pro and bluetooth headphones (2)

exact same issue here... anyone found anything?

    Tried multiple combination of reset.

I know it's not the bluetooth device, but the iphone...

Under the Bluetooth settings -> Devices -> there are hex numbers:

    00:AA:BB:CC:EE:FF, Not Connected
and bellow, the name of my bluetooth device: "Motorola S9-HD", click on it then wait few secs and I get the error 'Could not pair with "Motorola S9-HD"'

    I tried "Forget this device"

I used to be able to connect my laptop and bluetooth stereo headphones, not working anymore, since pushfix, any ideas?

I restored the phone and my keychains certs from old backup, before messing up with push fix, since that time I think that bluetooth is not working, but every push apps is working since.
