iphone restore failed (1013) error

When i try to restore my iphone using latest official firmware, itunes display an error message (1013) when the restore is about to finish

Thanks for quick reply. I was trying to restore to official fw v 3.1.2

If doing in windows.
Hold shift key and restore with the firmware 3.1.2..
if you get the error and are the screen turning on or you are in apple logo/USB itunes logo??
if this is the case try running blackra1n and hopefully it will be hactivated

Try this ...

Step 1 - Start->Programs->Accessories
Step 2 - Run Notepad or Wordpad
Step 3 - Click "Open" from file menu
Step 4 - Browse to Windows/System32/Drivers/etc
Step 5 - In "file of type" select all docs
Step 6 - Open "Hosts"
Step 7 - Delete all line that has "gs.apple.com"
Step 8 - Hit save
Step 9 - Restore your device
