US iPhone in the UK

I am thinking of buying an iPhone 3GS off ebay. It is jailbroken and unlocked and so I know it will work in the UK.

However, i was just wondering, if i restore the iPhone, will it work on O2 in the uk when it is not unlocked or jailbroken?

if u do a restore just re-run blackrain again to jailbreak it and unlock.

it will only work for at&t here in the US, You must unlock it again too work on o2
