2g 3.12 needs unlocking need HELP!!!
Ok heres the situation, i got my iPhone 2g 3.12 from a friend and I went to my local store which is ATMC which i guess is a reseller or something, well they said AT&T is not allowing them to activate anymore 2Gs on their service so i got a 3g. So i have the SIM card and I need to unlock the phone from saying different SIM card please connect, I have tried BlackRa1n then Boot neuter and it says its unlocked but still pops up.....please help....and with some decently detailed instructions (<<<^M^O^R^O^N>>>) on board here lol

boot neuter is only for 2gs. If you just got a new 3G, use blackra1n and blacksn0w.

No, i had to get a 3g to get the sim card....I still wanna unlock the 2g
