any fix for entering recovery mode after each reboot yet ??

i have a xx44 iphone and i'm very happy that geohot helped us all to unlock this version, but also very tired of keep having to reconnect and use blackrain, i was on the rd today and my iphone freezed up on me( happen to everybody) and yes i had to reboot and i was stuck on recovery mode for about 50 mins in traffic...will there be a fix? or patch?? please help ..i wish i'm a dev who can help people make this patch but i'm not...

Nope, and sadly, it could be a while. I wouldn't expect to see a fix til the new year at least. I'm just speculating, but based on the amount of development effort going into fix this at the moment, it doesn't seem like a fix is imminent. Plus it will require some luck in finding a new hole in the iBoot. As of now, none have been found. So, someone would have to find one, then see if it could be used to inject the JB code, then obviously tested and packaged into a usable format. I'm predicting 2 months at least.

And since it doesn't affect TOO many people yet, its not seen as a major priority. After the year-end shopping season and alot more new iBoot phones make it into the wild, there will be more demand, and the priority will prbably be higher.

This is again, all my speculation. But I wouldn't hold my breath, and unfortunately, you will need to live with this limitation for a while likely.

You could contact GeoHot and/or MuscleNerd (of the Dev Team) to ask them for more info or if they will work on it.
