Trouble with unlocking / no service!

I have an iPhone 3G version 3.0. I downgraded from 3.1.2, has been jailbreaken but now has no service. It is currently on baseband 5.9 and does not unlock and fuzzyband says it is not supported. Any help?

You mean bootloader 5.9? Fuzzyband does not support that bootloader only 5.08.


What is your actual baseband (modem firmware)? Also, are you unlocked? if your baseband is 5.11.07 you need to use blacksn0w and if it's 4.2x.xx (forgot what it is) then you need ultrasn0w both from Cydia.

You should've stayed on 3.1.2. There really is no point in not having it. Upgrade again.

Make sure 3G is turned off... (if your using a t-mobile sim)
