Blacksn0w....straight out of the box!?

Hey All,

I'm a techno dummy, so forgive me.....

Can I run blacksn0w on a fresh out of the box iPhone 3GS? I'm a little confussed as the las time did this on the original iPhone, I hade to activate (or hackdivate) it first.

Could you also conform if blacksn0w will unlock for any sim? I use t-mobile UK.

you need to activate or hacktivate and jailbreak, then install blacksn0w from whatever installer you use (cydia or rock)

You can run Blackra1n on it OOTB and then use blacksn0w

And yes blacksn0w unlocks for any carrier.
