yup! I'll probably update to 3.1.2 via PwnageTool now. Just have to

1) Make sure I'm all backed up with Rock App
2) reinstall my T-Mobile carrier pack
3) re-enable Tethering
4) Use an ATT sim to re-activate!

any way to downgrade ultrasn0w to 0.9 I'm getting No SIM and when I do get something I don't have any data connection.
Already did a fresh restore.

Any ideas?

it boots to the apple logo after downgrading ultrasn0w... I can still get in through ssh but it won't boot. do you know where ultrasn0w installs to?

Ur stuck in boot loop ur phone will keep rebooting so restore to 3.0 and jaileeak with redsnow and install ultrasnow again. Using the repo. Maybe it'll work this time

i have a 2g iphone on 3.1.2 firmware. I used blackra1n to jailbreak and bootneuter to unlock but its still saying different sim card, connect to itunes. It has my tmobile cariier in the upper leeft with bars. Any suggestions??

OK after restoring to 3.0, jailbreaking and then restoring to a custom 3.1.2, installing ultrasn0w 0.92 followed by turning off wif-fi and going to bed, only to wake up and have the data working again.... Go Figure
