Unlocking

I did the blackra1n jailbreak and now the iphone is locked. When you open the app on the phone it says under packages, Please check your Internet Connection. What do I do now???? I have Tmobile and I can't get on the internet with it unless it is unlocked.

I do. But on the iPhone it doesn't have the join button lit up so I can get onto my network.
