Push/Youtube Not work???

I hacktivated/jailbroke/unlocked my iPhone 2g using blackra1n + bootneuter. But for some reason, push it not work. It keep saying "Connect to itunes to receive push notifications." And none of the youtube videos work.

How do I fix this problem? Even though I didn't install blacksn0w, I tried this method to fix it, How to Fix WiFi, YouTube, and GPS Issues of BlackSn0w Unlock | BlackSn0w | iPhoneHeat, but when I add the source "cydia..iphoneil.net", I can't even find the Push Fix app. The Push Fix app doesn't exist...

After install blackra1n, loses youtube.

I had to install push fix twice.
