Any way to Install Blacksn0w without wifi?

Before any one asks, YES i have tried everything posted on the forums still no wifi. So i was wondering if i can some how install blacksn0w without wifi via the usb cable? I cant seem to find a place where i can dl blacksn0w to a pc anyone know?

Here's a way to make it sn0w without wifi. A warning that DiscAid doesn't work with a Blackra1n jailbroken phone, but you should be able to SSH into it:
