Guys, i have a iPhone 3g with 3.0 firmware and jailbreaked before using redsn0w but not unlocked, now as per the instructions i will restore to 3.1.2 and it is showing itunes + cabel logo
1. Should i run blackra1n to activate it

2. if step 1 answer is yes an successful then after running and installing cydia and installing afc2 support if i want to add .deb package by diskaid, i should be restrating the iphone to get the app appear in my spring board, will this work?

3. coz i heard somewhere after blackra1ning if we restart the phone we have to restore again and do the process
