Is everyone have successful unlocks?

hi, i was working from a clean restore of 3.1.2. jailbreaked in 45 seconds no problems. restarted iphone. went on blackrain app and ticked both cydia and blacksnow. download and unpacked cydia. downloaded snow but got stuck unpacking blacksnow for 10 mins. i thought that must be wrong so i pressed home. re ran blackrain app and ticked only cydia. downloaded, unpacked and installed fine. Ran blackrain app again ticked only blacksnow and pressed installed. downloaded unpacked and installed in 10 seconds.

Make sure you dont try and install cydia and blacksnow at the same time and there should be no problems.

Put t-mobile sim in, got full bar connection in 2 seconds

I had no issues installing blacksn0w .....just waiting for my coworker who has tmobile to get to the office so I can try his SIM.

So far so good....at least with the install part of it. I will update shortly.

Also, you can't restore to 3.1.2 official and then run r3?

bdax make sure you downloaded RC3 and not RC2, geohot updated a bit late check that again because RC3 should automatically "hacktivate". It did for me I just tried.

i unlocked my iphone and put my tmobile sim card in ...the wifi is working but the edge network isnt working ..it says your are not subscribed to a cellular data service. do i have to downgrade my g1 data plan?

well i did it but my tmobile sims is not here right now all seemed to go well no problems or anything i will report back later when my sims gets home

i have no wifi it wont pick up any wireless networks and my 3g or edge will not work i have a pay and go o2 iphone so its legitemly activated all my apn settings are correct and im getting the message im not connected to a data celluar network plan

NO idea? Don't have a sim card at this time I've never. But nothing bad has happened yet. We'll see what happens tonight when I can raid friends phones for the sims.

All good for me...except wifi problem. Resetting network settings cures it and it will find wifi. But it breaks again on each reboot and you have to reset settings each time.
