Please check dates before you come storming in in your big size twelves. I posted my views on the 31/10. Geohot posted his blog on the 01/11. Im sorry i didnt have my fore sight perk enabled to see, and understand, geo would turn down the 10,000.

Sure! Jody is waiting until GeoHot is releasing the unlock and then he will sell his unlocking service to the paying customer. Quite easy!

I can't really tell you why it takes him two days but here some possible reasons:

-) He doesn't want it to be thaaaaaat obvious (the connection I described above)

-) He needs time to integrate GeoHot's hack into his apllication

I think if someone offers £10,000 for something to be done(Jody),then someone else starts doing that thing that the money has been offered for(Geohot). Its pretty fair to assume the person who has started working on doing the thing(Geohot) is doing it for the money regardless of weather anyone has confirmed if they will accept the money of not. I will say again, when i posted my views it was pretty safe to assume geo was working on the unlock for the money.

We are all aware of Jodys intentions,i can see by your 2 posts and your join date that you haven't been a member of this site for very long but thanks for reiterating the point, 2 days really isnt going to pull the wool over everyones eyes so they forget that jody has started selling the unlock.

I really dont think jody has his own applications, i may be wrong, but from what i understand he just owns a shop or a website that people go to to buy his service to unlock their phone.

don't worry didn't want to offend you under any circumstances! You're right it really seemed as if Geohot was doing the job because of the 10k - very tempting right... We're probably never going to find out what really happened those days and if the 10k-offer was for real...
I just went to Jody's company website again and saw that he would generate something that would unlock your iphone if you provide him with your IMEI (and pay him of course) so I assume he is not directly using the UNLOCK as we can download it because he does is unlocking business remotely via the internet but I am pretty pretty sure that he is generating the codes, apps or whatever he is doing using GeoHots tool once it has been published...

Oh, another reason for having two days between the releas of blacksn0w by GeoHot and Jody's offer could be a possible delay of backsn0w or server problems as the whole jailbreaker-community is probably going to get a copy of that precious file...

lol. If you know Jody by reading hackint0sh you will find out how a big liar he really is. IMO I think he wants you to give him your IMEI just to not look like Mr. Obvious by implententing Blacksn0w into his frontend. I hope geohot implements something that tells that the software is free if you have paid, you have been scammed before you can proceed with the process . And add something like "made by Geohot". Just like the anime fansubs does to prevent morons selling their piece of work ).
