Well, you want to use the 3rd on down that you listed, also does it have a .ipsw extension?
Hold down Shift and click restore, point to that firmware.
Restore to that firmware and then run redsn0w 0.8 to J/B making sure you choose to activate the phone.

When i do that i get error 1015

*edit* found a topic where it says that its a possetive error.

"Select the firmware 3.0.1 .ipsw file you downloaded in Step 2 and restore it. During the restore process, iTunes will throw you 1015 error which will say:

The iPhone “your iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred. (1015)

Just ignore this error and close iTunes.

Your phone will now be in recovery mode, showing iTunes logo and usb connector.

Step 5: Start QuickPwn 2.2-1 (download link given below) and perform the procedure prompted to you by QuickPwn to reset your device:"

So I'm assuming you did step 5 and it didn't work, then? Did it give you the same error the second time around?
