Best service plan for unlocked iPhone?
I'm mainly interested in unlimited data, I could care less about the phone or texting aspect.

This is one of the more vague posts I've seen here...
Are you in the US? Are you on AT&T or T-Mobile?
In the US on T-Mobile, if you're able to get the 5.99 unlimited internet plan, that's the way to go.

Sorry, yes I am in the US.
I'm not currently tied to any service at all.
How would I go about getting that, I thought it didn't exist anymore?

Well people have been known to get it added, but I'm pretty sure new customers haven't had such luck.
For new customers, you can pick up T-Mobile's Unlimited Web for Phones. It's $9.99/month and will provide unlimited access to Edge speed internet for the iPhone.
I would link it but I cannot find a good page with description to link!

no problem. You'll need to set your internet settings on the phone accordingly. I believe the APN for that specific plan is internet2.tmobile.com, but it might be the standard epc.tmobile.com as well.
