Factory Unlocked Phone

Can someone please tell me where i can buy a Factory unlocked phone, as in which country sell them ???

I do a lot of traveling and was hoping to pick one up along the way.

Belgium, France and Italy is also selling UNLOCKED

Many of the EU countries offer UNLOCKED phones, law is that the carrier must provide unlock codes for free at the end of the contract or at the end of 6 months (whichever is earlier). The problem is that the carrier can charge whatever they want for unlocking codes before that time. So you need to do some serious price research. $1200 is not unusual...
An option could be to buy a used legally unlocked.

I have heard/read the 'unlock' fee is small($25-50) however but as u said the basic iPhone cost is more than a computer!! Ridiculous!!
