where can i get custome restore for 3G 3.1?

i need a custom restore 3.1 which has preserved baseband for my iPhone 3G.
i have found an ipsw on mininova but it just says custom restore 3.1 doesnt say its had preserved baseband from 3.0
i have done some searching and i cant find it...
pease help me out! thanks
