My Iphone 3GS Not Syncing with ITunes after JB/Unlock

When I try to sync my Iphone with Itunes, a message box pops up saying "Your Iphone contains diagnostic information that may help Apple improve it's products".

When I click "Show Details", It opens Windows Explorer with file "Cydia__2009-09-18-195551_nicoles-iPhone.plist".

When I click "Don't Send" nothing happens.

I had problems syncing with itunes after I jailbreaked/unlocked my 3gs, at first it was fine then a couple hours later I got no sync. I uninstalled itunes and removed all itunes/apple data from the computer and reinstalled it and it has been fine ever since!
