Can i unlock through CYDIA?

my iPhone is jailbroken but now i want to unlock. Can i unlock through cydia? If not, could someone point me in the right directions....thanks

ya you can. but adding that source isn't working anymore. the whole site is down. unless someone has another source URL

I also heard that Ultrasnow is back.And it has worked for one of my friend.
