2G 3.01 no service, please hlp

I jailbreak and unlock with redsn0w 0.8 but getting no service. So I use redsn0w 0.7.2 and getting service occasionally but still no service most of the time. I tried resting network, use different ATT sim card but still the same problem. Does anyone has the same problem and suggestion on how to fix the problem. Thanks
