    Default iphone using T-Mobile

I have a new iphone G3 with firmware 3.0 and I will be using it with T-Mobile. I was just informed that it will not work on there G3 network. Is that and if so what will the speed on the internet be like?

LOL ^ um yeah it's 3G. Anyway, I have T-Mobile US and yes, you're right, my 3G is turned off because I can't use the 3G part of my iPhone.

My internet is decent for a mobile device. It takes me about a minute or 2 to load a page in Safari in good reception areas. If it is in poor reception, it could take up to 10 minutes for a page to load.

T-Mobile recently updated their data services so the speed has shown improvements. Otherwise, you're not looking at a super fast nor super slow internet. It's simply...do-able.
