Ok So I Have The 3.1 beta 2 My Basebands At 05.10 something. Am I Completely Screwed On The Unlock? Even If I Downgraded To 3.0?

I think you are. But why not try to go to 3.0 and see. I have read from others that you will continue to have the same baseband but not 100% sure.

Haha. Nope! It's not possible to downgrade baseband, it can only go UP no matter what firmware you're on.
Downgrading to 3.0 will do no good.
