Default Unlocking a Blocked IMEI iphone 3g?

Would anyone recommend it? I bought a stolen iphone 3g without knowing and I wanted to use T-Mobile.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

    or

    Is anyone using T-Mobile prepaid?

No there isn't; a phone with a blocked IMEI is useless as a phone I'm afraid

Just wondering... Have you contacted the carrier and attempted to 'settle' the outstanding debt? Don't know if it's even possible, but me thinks it should be

i have a blocked iphone too, bought it from overseas and when i got back to the UK, it was blocked on all networks!
Arent there places where they can open it up and re-program it or something like that?
How can you properly check that its blocked?, maybe theres something wrong with ultrasn0w and thats why i get no service and searching...

    Hmmmm......

How/where can we check if an iPhone (or any phone for that matter) is blocked?

It would sure piss me off to buy a used phone and later find out it was stolen and blocked.
