Ultrasnow Problem. HELP!

Everytime shut off my iphone or restart it I loss service. My phone will began to vibrate and say I have a new voicemall. They bars also go up and down. If I try to make a call or text it doesn't work, basically I lose all service. However I can fix the problem by simply taking the sim card out and putting it back in. Its a pain becuase I have an incase which is a pain to take off evertime. Anyone else have this problem? By the way on iphone 3g, t-mobile, used ultrasnow. Thanks!
