I purchased a partially subsidized ($499) 3G S upgrade through the AT&T site. The server returned and error so I did it again and they shipped me (and charged me for) two phones on the same line.

I activated one phone, but want to sell the second phone. How will someone be able to activate or is it tied to my account?

And I really dont see how they tied 2 phones to the same #.

The order was actually submitted 3 times, but they canceled one of them and left two. Both phones had a sticker on them with my cell number and both packing lists had the same cell number on them.

Update: I sold the phone and the guy wasn't able to activate it so he took it to to an AT&T store and they gave him another sim.
