Default 2.2 to 2.2.1 forgot to install 5 icon dock, now can't boot

I have a 2G iphone, unlocked and jailbroken to use t-mobile.

I was at 2.2, wanting to go to 2.2.1.

So, I was following the Big Boss Guide here:

How To Upgrade In iTunes | iPhone News, Help and Guides

And I did everything. I even read the part that says "If you had installed 5 icon dock, install it now".

Well, I looked at my dock, and saw 4 icons, and said to myself, "myself, you don't have 5 icon dock installed", forgetting that I *had* it installed, but I reverted back to 4 icons.

Now I'm stuck at the pineapple logo, it keeps vibrating every 4 minutes or so.

I tried deleting /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.springboard.plist, but it still won't boot up.

iTunes doesn't see my phone now.

Do I just go back to QuickPwn and restart the process?
