iPhone not activating (cant get past activation screen)

just got my refurb iphone and I restored to 1.1.4 Now, iphone cant get past the activation screen even though I can see the T-Mobile and the reception bars. I am using ziphone 2.5c btw on a mac. I have already restored once and still cant get past it. Is there anything else I can do ?
I got it now ... instead of clicking on jailbreak and activate, I restored again and clicked do it all and that fixed it.
