WARNING! Iphone 3G 2.2.1 / Baseband 2.30.03 FAKE SOLUTION
Hello everyone, for people trying to unblock Iphone 3G 2.2.1 / Baseband 2.30.03 / BL 5.09 BE AWARE that this site:
(unlock-the-iphone.com) is offering a solution for it BUT IT IS FAKE!
In a desperate act to attempt to unblock mine I baught it and they've stolen my money.
After you buy thier "SOFTWARE" they just send you a couple of links to download quickpwn and instructions for yellowsn0w installation. Even when they know it won't work on BB 2.30.03
I am posting this just to avoid other people to loose their money, unfortunatelly we will have to wait for a new hack

Report the website to ic3.gov
That is a government website for internet crimes. If you can't get your money back from their "100% money back guarantee" which I assume is also a fake.If I helped you, then hit the "Thanks!" button please.

I thought everyone knew this site was fake!
There is NO software unlock for BB 2.30.03 - any site saying there is is fake.He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

The original post refers to a 5.9 bootloader. Can't downgrade.

I, too, fell for that website. :-( That was when I was looking for an alternative instead of using the gevey sim adapter. I will report it to the ic3.gov right now.
