.ipcc settings for my carrier

hello
i am on 3.0 beta 3 on an original iphone(2g)
when i try to change apn etc i am guided to a page thats blank
i did some research and i think one has to make an ipcc file
i use windows so i cant do it myself

i request someone out there to make one of these for me
my carrier is loop mobile(india)(formerly known as bpl mobile)

password/username-to be left blank

well im sad no one answered......=)
but i did some googling and found a solution
hopefully this helps all who were in my position
visit APN Changer on your ifone... put in the details .. instal and walla
good
