Sim Card Problem!

Okay so here is my quick story about what happened earlier.
My phone went into the toilet.
My phone locked and I couldn't restore.
I finally restored thanks to this website.
Now my sim card, nor any other sim card I put into the phone will be read. it just says No Sim Installed.
What can I do?

i dont know if this helps
but when trying to re-unlock it using quickpwn, it tells me that it does not support the firmware.
the firmware is 04.05.04

Im sorry youre right. that was the baseband.
the firmware is 2.1
