I just got an iPhone but it's missing the SIM loader thingy, it really wasn't a big deal to me at first since i wasn't planning on actually activating it as a phone. Basically i just want to use it just as if it were an iPod Touch, with the exception ofcourse it has a camera

Use QuickPWN to Activate it. That will let you use it as an iPod Touch. Follow a guide (linked under guides in the header).

Yes, if after you are using it as your iPod and want to use it as a phone, they sell those parts on ebay for very cheap. But I hope you've got it activated, did you follow the guide?
