hi-new at this...unless i'm mistaken, i've goofed up badly by recently updating to 2.1.1 firmware thru itunes

making it more difficult to unlock thru quickpwn...according to what i've read on here...can anyone advise a good safe way to unlock my 3G with this damn firmware installed?? i'm in US, on ATT using pc with vista HELP!

p.s. i'm trying to unlock my phone to install iBlacklist to block unwanted and annoying fax calls i keep receiving...currently Apple has no approved apps for this use that I know of......

You dont need to "UNLOCK" the phone.

You need to "JAILBREAK" it.

And yes, either quickpwn or Pwnage (Mac) will do so for you no problem.
