Using ZiPhone WHY downgrade BL??

just wondering, if there is anysim out for 4.6 Bootloader, why does Zibri's ziphone FORCE a downgrade of the BL??

i have a OOB 1.1.3, if i was to jailbreak ONLY, cant i use anysime for 4.6 from installer?? and that would leave the BL at 4.6??

If you dont downgrade the bootloader you can not unlock the baseband. So you end up with a 1.1.2 baseband and googlemaps does not work

so what does iPlus do differently, google maps locate me wont work if i use that to unlock true?

iplus fake downgrades the baseband so if something goes wrong or your return it you can re-upgrade the baseband were as ziphone downgrades it and to re upgrade it yo have to hardware do it
