Orange UK
Bought an iPhone 2G locked to o2, i successfully jailbroke the phone, now when i place my orange sim in the phone it wants to me connect to iTunes to activate, but when i do this iTunes does not like my orange sim a rejects it? how can i fix this?

Jailbreaking is not the same as unlocking. You can do both from Quickpwn but when you unlock, you should have no SIM card inside of the iPhone. Here is a tutorial on how to do it.

i did that, unlocked it and after downloading a few applications the phone froze up and is now stuck rebooting ffs this is so annoying is it really worth this hassle!! have to redo everything again!
