Some apps not working after unlock

Had originally jailbroken w/quickpwn and 2.2, but did not unlock.

Now, in need of unlock, used quickpwn again, only selecting the unlock option. All went well, but upon reboot not everything works.

Cydia is still there, as well as all gui apps. But Five-Item dock, Clippy, and SBSettings all no longer function. I've tried reinstalling through Cydia, but no luck.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Run QuickPwn again but this time select Jailbreak and unlock. The reason a lot of stuff isn't working now is because it's no longer jailbroken.

No luck.

All that seemed to do was wipe all my existing cydia apps. Seems I'll need to do a restore and jailbreak/unlock from there?

Any other ideas?
