You cant. Unless you can find a sim-adaptor that will work.

Google RebelSIM or TurboSIM. You can pick one up for about $15.

My bet is that if you are running the 2.2.1 baseband, they will send it back with an excuse stating that it can't be done.

No guarantee. Personally I wouldn't touch Rebel with a bargepole.
If you are in the USA and want to use your phone on T-Mobile the Gevey II seems to get the most thumbs up, but even that people have varying degrees of success. It will work, but not necessarily all the time...He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

i'm here in the Philippines and i use Gevey II, and it works ok.. you just have to turn off your 3G under settings -> general -> network -> enable 3G for it to work properly. i used to use it while the 3G is enabled and after a couple of days i lose my signal but then i came across an article that 3G should be turned off, so i tried, then that's it! never lost my signal ever since. hope this is of help to you or anyone who have came across this thread.
cheers!
** also sliding in your sim with the Gevey II is a little tricky.. if you don't slide it in properly, the screen would display a "no sim" notification, so you should try again til you succeed... and remember, patience is a virtue!

rebel sim did not work at all for me....but Gavey plus 2 works great in the UK on Orange network.
As stated tho I have no 3G with the Gavey, if I turn it on in settings I get unstable signal
Let it ultrasn0w let it ultrasn0w let it ultrasn0w
