i can't unlock my 3g iphone

hi all

i just bought a stolen iphone for $50 form a thug...

this was the version when i got it

version : 2.2.1 (5h11)
modem firm wares 02.30.03

after googling for 2 hrs to get this version i got this (iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_Restore) file
i jail break it and i installed yell0w sh0w on it and after rebooting the iphone its not unlocking the phone and sim is not working

can some one help out please.

Unlocking will not work on this phone.

yea the baseband 02.30.03 has not been unlocked yet by the dev team, you will have to wait until the dev team releases a software unlock solution for that baseband

is there any way to down grade it? to 2.1 ?

Not possible to downgrade. Buy a TurboSIM or a RebelSIM from ebay.

what are the procedure of unlocking with turbo sim do u know it? or any link to a tut will be very helpful.

Buy the turbo sim. Place it under your sim card in the sim try. and then its unlocked! lol
