hey i just got my iphone and the person who sold it to me said they unlocked it. but it wont read my t-mobile sim card. do i need to unlock it again. if so how do i do that sorry for the noob question..

oh yea and my phone version is 1.0.2

ok well i just restored my phone to 1.1.4 through itunes. so what do i do from here to unlock it?
