Hi guys,

How can I make yellowsn0w work with my iphone?

As you can see, my baseband has been untouched from the day I bought it.

Help would be much appreciated.

Download firmware 2.2 and restore in iTunes to this firmware (hold shift and then click restore). Then jailbreak with Quickpwn 2.2 (not 2.2-5 or it will give you an error). Finally add the apt9.yellowsn0w.com source in cydia... install yellowsn0w and reboot your iphone.

to install custom firmwear and install as decribed above (this is 2.2.1 the newest firmwear with baseband 02.28.00) so you can use yellowsn0w 0.9.8.

I have already pwned my iPhone and already made custom ipsw. I pwned it to firmware 2.2.1, however my baseband is still 01.45.00.

Are you suggesting that I pwn again??

Also, how would I repeat the process with my other iPhone if I already have the custom ipsw? Do I just hold the power and home button for 10 secs, release the power button but remain holding the home button for another 10 secs, followed by a connection to the computer and then hold shift key and then click restore and select custom ipsw?
