pls Help after unlocking with yellowsnow 9.7 ,FLIGHT MODE keeps turn On and Off

this is weird my wife's iphone 3G with 2.2 after unlocking it with yellowsnow 0.9.7 her FLIGHT MODE was keep on turning ON and OFF,and signal wont go back?
but after reboot signal's fine then flight mode will turn on again?

And im using 3G too with fw 2.2 on mine with yellosnow 0.9.6 running smooth,everything works too,wifi,Edge,

any ideas will be greatly appreciated?

I was having problems with my iPhone going into Flight Mode. However, in a quest to save battery life on my device, i switched off 3g and the problem with Flight Mode has disappeared. I can only assume that the two are connected.
