Can't transfer music/video

i unlocked and activated my iphone 3g and did the whole process for installing pirate apps and i install them with itunes. The problem is that i can't transfer music or video via itunes,tuneaid,diskaid. whats the solution?

Explain your issue in detail.For example,when you sync your phone with itunes,what do you get as an error or what?

i drag and drop and nothing happens
no errors i get the plus sign and everything is how it should look

Itunes/Preferences/Summary/Manually manage songs and videos---check this box...

i thought i had that checked allready, i dont like sync options for anything.
