So here's the deal. I have a 2nd Generation Unlocked iPhone. I am wondering if i can put in a sim card from at&t in there. If so, will it work? I am experiencing hardware issues with my iPhone. Being that its unlocked, apple is saying the manufacture warranty is invalid even thou its been less that one year. So i need to relock the phone but can't due to hardware issues. I currently have a Tmobile sim card in there using their service. But i was thinking of putting in my brothers sim card in there and act likes his plan so that i can get my iPhone worked on. Either that , or get issued a new one. Any help/comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Unlocked means it will work with ANY gsm simcard........which will include AT&T.

let me ask this, i unlocked one and sold it to someone using at&t and they said its asking them to still register with itunes,..does that matter?

Dont matter...they can register like normal.

sorry not sure if i worded that right, they are on at&t but with a corporate job deal so they are using a regular at&t sim, can they just stick it in and register then be good to go?

^The phone is already activated and running....so, if all they are wanting to do is "sync" with Itunes then yes, they are fine.
